Terms of Use

Effective: October 29, 2026. This is a translation. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the iPhone app Oshizome ("the App") provided by Process Craft AI (Rintaro Sakino, "we"). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Free features and Oshizome Plus

For free, you can add 1 fave and 1 widget design (Simple, Instant Photo and Photo Sticker styles), use tappable buttons and event countdowns, show your fave on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen, use 1 photo and 1 message, and use birthday mode for your first fave. With Oshizome Plus ("Plus"), you can add unlimited faves and designs, use every style, show two faves side by side on the Dynamic Island, rotate up to 10 photos and messages, and use birthday mode for everyone. There are no ads either way.

3. Prices and auto-renewal

• Plus (Weekly): ¥120 per week. Renews automatically every week.
• Plus (Lifetime): ¥2,980. A one-time payment with no expiry.
• Prices include tax and may vary by country or region. There is no free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Weekly Plus renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The next period is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

4. How to cancel

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Oshizome → Cancel Subscription. You can also open the same screen from "Manage Plus" in the App's Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

If you cancel mid-period, you can use Plus until the end of that period. There are no prorated refunds. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides whether to grant it.

5. Restoring purchases

After changing devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" in the App's Settings to restore purchases made with the same Apple ID.

6. Rights to photos and other content

• The photos, names and messages you use in the App are provided by you. You are responsible for checking copyright, portrait rights, publicity rights and other rights in them.
• The App is for personal use: decorating your own iPhone. Please use it within the scope of personal use.
• The App has no features for sharing or posting photos. Sharing a design sends only its layout. If you publish text typed into a design, or widgets and screenshots you make, for example on social media, follow the rules set by the rights holders and do not include text that infringes others' rights.
• The App is not affiliated with any talent agency, production company or rights holder.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Using the App in violation of laws or public order and morals
• Infringing the rights of others
• Placing excessive load on the App or server, accessing it without authorization, or analyzing or modifying how it works

8. When the display disappears

iOS ends the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen display after at most 8 hours. The App puts it back from the server automatically, but this may not be possible depending on your iPhone settings (notifications, Low Power Mode, etc.), network conditions or the state of Apple's push service. If that happens, opening the App puts it back.

9. Changes to and end of the App

We may change the App or stop providing it. If we stop providing it, we will announce this in advance in the App or on this website.

10. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the App will fit your purpose or always work without problems. We are not liable for damage arising from your use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. Where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other laws do not allow this disclaimer, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months up to the month the damage occurred (except in cases of our intent or gross negligence).

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will announce the new terms and their effective date on this page in advance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute about the App.
